Placing Orders

Orders from outside of New Zealand

Vet Pharmacy does not ship products outside of New Zealand

Order Confirmations

Confirmation of orders will be emailed, including how your order has been sent and when it was despatched. Orders shipped via courier will include the tracking link and courier details.  

What happens if my order doesn't arrive?

• Please contact us and we will track and trace your order. In the unlikely event that your item/s goes missing, we will work with all parties to ensure the order is replaced.

What happens if the wrong product is sent or is damaged ?

• Contact us immediately, and we will replace the wrong item/s with the correct one.

• If a shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us immediately.

• Vet Pharmacy strives for the utmost customer service. But if for some reason you are unhappy with your order or our website set-up, please contact us immediately.
