The initiative to set up vetpharmacy.co.nz was driven from an understanding that e-commerce is rapidly becoming a preferred purchasing option for many of our clients, especially those in rural areas. While we recognise the importance of convenience for our clients, it is also important to us that our team of Veterinarians and support staff have full oversight of all purchases made by their clients, in the same way they would if products were being purchased in the traditional way through our clinics.

As well as being checked by our trained Veterinary support staff, your Franklin Vets veterinarian is advised of every order as it is confirmed, ensuring your vet continues to have a strong oversight as to your product usage, and allowing them the opportunity to discuss your individual requirement with you if required.
 
At Franklin Vets we strongly believe in product stewardship and the importance of a regular communication and consultation with your vet. Vetpharmacy.co.nz offers you the control of purchasing and delivery at a time and place that is convenient to you, with the security to know you still have the guidance, support and endorsement of your own veterinarian.
